Davanti a tutti c'è Felipe Massa, seguito dal compagno Kimi Raikkonen.Felipe ha fatto 21 giri contro i 14 di Kimi. il miglior tempo fatto segnare dal brasiliano è 1'29"001 nove decimi più veloce del compagno di squadra.
Per quanto riguarda la McLaren oggi hanno girato Kovalainen e il test driver DeLa Rosa senza far segnare tempi rilevanti.
